Once your order has been placed on the website, it will be immediately sent to one of our warehouses for shipping and in some cases production for despatch and delivery within the specified time frame*.
Occasionally it can take an extra day, however, in many cases, it may be earlier than this.
Due to the nature of the large bulky goods that we sell it is often difficult to confirm a specific ETA for your delivery.
An email confirms that your order is processed and with our Order Process Teams, who will work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. You will then receive a despatch note with delivery instructions.
